My construction work began as a teenager working with my father in carpentry. I can spot a good contractor’s work. From carpentry, I entered the law field as an Intellectual Property Paralegal for four of the major five top law firms in Milwaukee. After 25 years at the law firms I went back to real estate but instead of just working on legal forms, I had the joy of speaking to Sellers, Buyers, Lenders and Contractors. Today I own the Firm. My Business Partner, Faye Becker, has been in real estate 45 years and has expertise in Luxury Waterfront properties. I enjoy multifamily properties, commercial warehouses, retail and working with Investors on any type of property. I have the privilege of leading a group of well-trained Brokers and Agents in excellence. I have a non-profit “Straight Up Youth” teaching young people life skills and leadership training where I taught at South Division for 10 years. I have a bank of contractors, lenders, developers, investors and most of my work is referral. I am also a CCIM Candidate.
